Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh My Mahjong gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging to ensure the safety of our premium tiles and accessories.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your mahjong sets or accessories.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
